Warranty & Returns

What happens if I choose the wrong size or was not what I was expecting?

We will happily refund or replace any items that do not fit or are not what you expected. Simply contact us and we can advise how you can return the items for a full refund.

What sort of warranty do you offer on your products?

We offer the longest and most extensive warranty of any floor protection felt product in the marketplace. An amazing 5 years on our commercial beige series and 1 year on our Flexi-felt clear series. There is no other competitor that even comes close. 

How can you offer such a generous warranty?

We have put them through many rigorous testing environments and with our superior wool blend felt and industrial strength adhesive we absolutely know our products will stand the test of time. 

What happens if my Flexi-felt product doesn't last?

After you purchase, during the warranty period, if any Flexi-felt product is found to be defective or the felt is worn off under normal usage, then we will replace them free of charge.

Who is covered?

This warranty is enforceable only by the original purchaser. This warranty is non-transferable.

What is covered?

This warranty includes one (1) year limited coverage for all defects in material and workmanship on any of the Flexi-felt clear series, and a five (5) years on our Flexi-commercial beige series.

What’s not covered?

  1. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from, but not limited to: contact with oils, acid, prolonged contact with water, misuse, abuse, fire, leaning back on two legs for chair use, unauthorised product modification, use on rough or uneven surfaces, or usage not in accordance with the Flexi-Felt® product specifications.
  2. Normal wear
  3. Shipping and handling charges.

How do I obtain a warranty replacement product?

  1. The original dated invoice will be required as proof of warranty coverage.
  2. All warranty replacements must have a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling or emailing us. Returns without an authorization number will be refused.
  3. Flexi-Felt New Zealand will not be held responsible for any shipping damage.
  4. Package must be sent to the following address with proof of purchase.
